Here's something I am working on to beat the brice at the pump. (Not my vid, just working on the same project) Tap water into hydrogen.. you too can make hydrogen. It's highly flammable, so be careful.
There are claims if used with your current gas engine you can double you milage. My dad knows someone using a similar set up, and is nearly doubling his mpg!
