Then decide what you want to shave by covering with fleece and securing with staples. Then lay your fiberglass resin, followed by two more layers of chopped fiberglass matt with resin for added strenth. Smooth out the fiberglass and lay Duraglass short hair fiberglass body filler to make it level. Then just use Poly-Flex (by evercoat) for the bodyfiller. ...

Drop Coils

This is a common way to lower many trucks. Drop coils can provide 1-3 inch drop depending on the brand and size of coil you choose. Although coils are easy to install, the lower you go, the worse your spring rate will become, in most cases. The only drawback from using drop coils is the fact that it will cause a more harsh ride. Although it's not terrible, you will feel the difference.

Building a fuel cell or airtank?

Want to know the volume by gallons?

To calculate the volume of a square area; multiply the height x width x length to get the total cubic inches. A gallon contains 231 cubic inches, so divide your total cubic inches by 231 to get your total volume in gallons.

Example: 12'' wide by 12'' long by 12'' tall contains 1728 cubic inches. Now, divide that by 231 to get 7.48 gallons.

Length x Width x Height / 231 = Vol in Gal

Hey all,

Thought I'd post up a link to some great engine break in proceedures.

I have used this method and it does appear to work. I have heard of others using this as well, and the ones I have spoken with also claim it works. Read it for your self, and see what you think.

Overview of what you are about to read:

1- After a complete engine warm up - Run it hard in the first 20 miles. Hard throttle bursts in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gears, as well as hard deceleration. The main point here ...
