This is my first contribution to the site. So here it goes. I'm gonna start with the dash. DA and sand with 80 grit sand paper to ruff up the surface. Then decide what you want to shave by covering with fleece and securing with staples. Then lay your fiberglass resin, followed by two more layers of chopped fiberglass matt with resin for added strenth. Smooth out the fiberglass and lay Duraglass short hair fiberglass body filler to make it level. Then just use Poly-Flex (by evercoat) for the bodyfiller. This stuff is intended for plastic so you know it won't crack. The ployflex is easier to block if it is wet sanded. Then just spray some evercoat G-2 highbuild primer, block, and paint. So here's the pics. There's ol' blue

The gauges are shaped with pvc pipe through either foam or cardboard. Then they are wrapped in fleece and fiberglassed, then the holes are cut out later. The console was built with the sides out of 3/4 mdf, and the switch box was out of mdf and stilts made of 1x1 wood. The speaker box had a 3/4 back and bottom with the stilts holding up the rings to maximize airspace. The rest is creativity. I've moved on to molding full skin combos for fiberglass beds, and more extreme designs of interior. I'll post more pics of other projects later down the road.
