I was at lowes today and found it. it looks like a roll of dynamat, foil backed, but thinner. I'd say about half of the std thickness. the roll comes in 25' and costs $14.xx

Yeah Rich it was like tar , like when people are re-paveing roads. it was pretty strong , I guess it might go away after awhile but I don't knoe. I work at a shop so Dead Beat or Dynomat isn't that high for me anyway.

i bet everytime it gets 95 degrees or hotter it would smell like that though

oh yeah....i work at ashop too so i can get the dynamat fairly cheap....however the best deal i have ever seen was the stuff called fatmat.
