| cop pulled me over last night on my way to work and started giving me all kind of crap that he said was illegal but i know for a fact their not...to start the list :
1. no bumper, told him it was in the mail 2. no side mirrors, couldnt say nothin here not sure on the law 3. i have 20% window tint, he said law was 30% i know for a fact its 20% 4. no license plate light, he got me there.. 5. he said he would have to check but he thinks not having a tailgate was illegal....???? 6. clear taillights i had were borderline, i could be ticketed 75 dollars per light bulb X4..
he got me on a couple of em but no tailgate??? what the hell kinda crap he trying to pull?
he gave me a warning but dam gotta be kiddin on all the stuff he "said he COULD ticket me for" So i ended up being half hour late to work..and dodged the 2000+ ticket he said he could give me, but since he was feeling generous.....

| i dont get why cops flip with us i mean i dont see them flipping wit import tuners or bikes. its like i tell my mom u have to be in the scene to understand the scene. she thinks were lowriders, yes but no if ya know what i mean. i think if they saw the scene we see it theyd understand were not trying to be rebelious or trying to fight the law | |

| Hey wanna see what I think of cops..?? These pictures were taken on a cruise that me and guy's from my GTO club did last year to North Carolina. There were 7 of us, we all got speeding tickets. Down there they have a catch-all ticket. He didn't radar us or even see all of us, but he assumed we all were speeding. Went to court and lost, paid $110 ticket and told not to come down here and speed again. I got three tickets in my GTO in 11 months. Now it is sold. | |

| yea its quite ridiculous....there is a undercover mustang around here that cruizes on Fridays and Saturdays looking for people to try to race him, i seen it change colors about 5 times too within a couple years, its like a ricer mustang built to look like a street racer. funny what tax money buys.. - Quote :

Camden County, just below the Virginia Beach borderline. The ticket was $10, the court costs were $100. Even if the ticket was dropped you would still pay the court costs. Virginia is no better believe me.

They're not tickets, they are CIVIL REMEDIAL FEE'S. You can drive through Virginia with out of state plates and get a ticket for $150 bucks or so for 20 over. If you have Virginia plates you get the ticket and a fine of $2,250. Here is the kicker, the judge can drop the ticket, but guess what? You still getting shafted in the A$$ with the $2,250. Yea it's all good. Virginia is for Lovers.

| Most of my car buddies are in the Navy and not from here. The majority of them are ready to get out of here as soon as they're time is up. As long as you aren't a resident you just get slapped with the regular ticket fine. Oh and BTW, radar detectors in Virginia are illegal and they have electronics in the cruisers to tell if you have one if it's on. | |

| yeah a couple of yrs back when racing was in active here is houston they had civics, stangs, integras, camaroes, they would try to race fools, and when they did, they radio in to the other 3 cops at the next block and boom!!! snag em. then theyd just drive back and pass like nothing happened. my cousin got to figuring out which were undercover and which were legit. | |

| if the police are pulling up and goading you into racing them when you otherwise woudn't have and they didn't inform ahead of time that they're police, I'm pretty certain that's called entrapment and is illegal for the police to be doing.

| nope, not illegal. it's still your choice to race or not, they didn't force you. besides, police forces all over the world have resorted to this tactic, try taking any of them to court or getting off a ticket with that as your defence... won't happen. | |
