Where do you work? and what do you do?

Hey guys, i though it would be interesting to see what everyone here does for a living. I will start of, I am a fitness consultant (sales) and Fitness depot and also an acting Assist manager. All i do is surf the need and rest my rear-end on a chair and hit-up Dropculture all day....

Now how about you????

Well I now work for myself, My dad Owned a computer/satellite store, he has been in business since 1980 and wanted to retire he didnt want to sell the business so I took it over, and so all I really do now is sit and repair/builld computers.. Im not to into the satellite portion but I will soon get into it when my dad is gone from the company completely. kind of nice though I am only 20 and owning my own company.

Sweet...I am planning on opening my own Garage here in brampton... Im becoming an apprentice as a truck mechanic....lets see how that goes but nice work on the business man start young and get it done sooner.

I used to work as a tech in a honda dealership in az, i went to uti and stuff, but decided it wasnt somehing i wanted to do forever also worked for best buy installing car audio and mobile video, also something i enjoy doing on the side but not as a full time thing, i figure this is good for me.....

I am a fabricator. I build hydrants used to get water to arizonia from utah. I also do side work mainly on steel buildings. The hydrants are a little slow so I am looking for some side work.

pretty much all the work I do is contract work so it pays really well. Thats why I am able to take time off work. I dont really like to talk about money online because I have gotten several phone calls from people asking for work but if you really care to know I will send you a pm. After I am finished with all the inspections I will hopefully do it full time again, and when I get to that point I am going to try to get devon in on it.

cool, no im not like super interested cuz i dont plan on getting into that line of seeing as i own a computer store, was just curious but totally understand why you wouldnt say it aloud like that.

well i work for txdot(tx dept. of transportation) im an engineering inspector. i inspect contract work, asphalt mostly. i fix the roads i tear up hahaha

i work for a bi fold door company. we specailize in industrial, agriculture, and aviation buildings. used to do all the installs, but took a digger off a hangar we were building. broke both wrists and a foot. so, now i do purchasing, QC, customer service type stuff.

he is the guy inspecting the bridges that keep falling all over the place.


this may be a bad joke but oh well.

well, i work for a company called dyncorp international. i do sheetmetal repairs and composite repairs on the ah-64a/d apache helicopters. we get them in from iraq and strip them down and fix everything that is wrong with them. and let me tell you, they are jacked up when we get them. i work right down the street from fort hood and we do a lot of work for them as well.

and he works on the choppers that keep crashing in iraq!!!

You must have a bunch of bills or manage money like a 15 year old because welding pays really well. It should have been really easy for you to bag your truck on a welders salary.

well i did have money put back but wanted a bike. bought the bike. totalled the bike. didnt have medical insurance at the time (long story) now owe for about 4 g's in bills so yeh plus i have to pay for college debt and trying to move out as well

dont bury yourself... it takes 4ever to get back out.
