yeh i only smoked 6 cigarettes today. i usually smoke around a pack. im proud of myself i mean the way i look at it now is say 4 bucks a day for a year. ill save around 1500 dollars. enough to bag my truck or atleast get started. not to mention me and my girls been goin to the gym tryin to get in to better shape. and its not doin me any good doing 90 minutes of cardio and liftin if as soon as i leave i smoke.

i been accused of it once or twice!! ya, but not so much any more. no longer out of town, no longer able to rodeo. and wife, 3 yr old, and newborn, and work keep me pretty busy.

yeh i've only smoked like 9 cigs in the last three days. i think im doin pretty good. its just hard making that final step of completely kickin it. it feels so weird. even if i cant stop completely i feel so much better knowing i've stopped so much

well due to my truck being hit and all naturally i picked back up a few. nowhere near what i was doing. but as of right now i have no smokes. and dont plan on buying another pack. the slowing down was doing alright but now im going to try cold turkey. you know you have an addiction when you try to stop and all you think about is smoking smoking smoking.
