| Hey guys im about to buy a b2200, i took it for a drive and once i went around the block it was fine i parked it in the guys driveway and i popped open the thinking nothing. There was a whole bunch of coolant around the carb area on the left of the engine... I was like WOW where is the from couldn't figure it out. Any ideas Or Suggestions.... I havent purchased it yet but i am thinking of it. Do you guys think i should buy it and what could the problem be. I was guessing it is a cracked hose or something but i dont know.
Any ideas??? anyone experience this before?
thanx in advance | |

| could be a hose? most likely a hose. how did it run? did it smoke? was there water in the oil? did it seem hard to turn over when trying to crank? | |

| Nah it cranked over easy and it ran well no smoke or anything as i said there was nothing when i was reving it in his driveway. But once i got back the rad fluid was all over the left side and everything of the engine. some Coolant was sitting on top of the valve cover and also the PCV valve.... Sound like a hose???? | |

| You may have a leak around the top of the radiator. I did (and from driving down the road even a short distance) have coolant all over my motor. My radiator split at the seam under the cap. It could be split at the side... | |

| it may be the overflow bottle is cracked or on the drivers side of the motor thier is a tube that bolts to the block and the lower rad hose connects to it!thier is a gasket behind it that may be leaking. | |

| if its the left side (carb side ) its prolly just a hose there are a few off the thermostat housing and a couple to the heater check arounf the head and block area make sure its not a leaky head gasket but i think its just hose from what you have described | |
