| thanks alot, i think at the time of purchase in 1991, the corvette tails were in style, now 16 years later, everyone is running caddy tails, so i think thats why people say they dont like it, if you dont like it, could you say why??? It doesnt matter to me if you dont like it, its your opinion, i would just like to know why | |

| well, you pretty much hit on it, it looks dated - it was in style 16 years ago. ok, it was still in style into the late 90s, i remember seeing and liking corvette tails then, but i always preferred them mounted into the rollpan. it's good you're standing up for yourself and your truck is how you like it, i just personally prefer a smoother rear end, no wing, smoothed gate, regular rollpan. that's what makes this game fun though, there's infinite things you can do. | |

| granted there are infinate things that you can do but it also has to do with the funds situation, i like the way the truck sits now, if i want to improve it i need to pump more $$ into it, paint, engine, bags etc. I understand that it is outdated, but i still like it and still get out and enjoy it, i go to different shows where ive never been b4 to get as many people's comments as possible
thanks for your input | |

| lol thanks for the boost of confidence, i dont care if people dont like it, the fact of the matter is, i like it, you put something different out there and some people may like it and some may not, i do it cause i like the way it looks, i guess thats all that matters | |

| It is a cool truck, just not my style. But hey, if you like it man, that is all that matters anyway. Enjoy the truck if you like it dude.
I gotta say it is different, and you won't have to worry about coming across another one like it at the next show. We can't say that really, cause bagged, bodydropped, and big wheeled trucks are a dime a dozen.
Do you have other plans for the truck or is it "finished"?

Do you have other plans for the truck or is it "finished"? its pretty much finished, i had it painted 4 years ago, its was pearl blue metallic and i changed it to black (huge mistake), anyways, i want to repaint it, put new rims on it, possibly 20's and get a new motor, i have a 400 small block in it now but it runs hot, so if i can find a 350 tune port or a LS1 or LT1 to put in it i would be happy, i want to do stuff to it but the $$ isnt there, trying to save for a house, you know how it is, priorities i guess, this is just my toy, when i have extra cash i spend it on the truck, here is a pic of it with the old color

yah i know the blue looks better. used to drive down the road, and people would stand with their mouths open and just stare and point, but now that it is black, it just looks like any other black truck on the road. I need something eye popping again, dont know what tho
