| The owner came up this weekend, and while here he mentioned something about wanting to swap to 5 lug bolt pattern later on for a wider selection of wheels. So I mentioned that I happened to have a Toyota axle and front suspension in my shed. So now its a 5-lug truck. And I made a crossmember to go behind the cab. Its 1/8" plate, dimpled 1" and 1.5" holes, with 1/4" top and bottom, internally and externally welded. | |

| I have a lot of crap to do in about 3 weeks. Lol. Carrier Bearing crossmember. It will sit .125" off the ground laid out, so bolt heads on the bottom = no bueno. And heres whats going on under the truck. I finished installing the 2x3 rails today, and everything is tacked in. Its still rough, but that will change. Tomorrow = lots of grinding and welding. And I still have to box the transition at the front, which is why its open still. | |

| Thanks. Started to lay out some tubing. Had a custom drive shaft made, that goes from Nissan flange, to Spicer clip yoke, to Toyota flange. These look a little phallic at the moment, but it will make sense soon. I am borrowing a tube notcher tomorrow, since mine has not showed up, so that I can build the 4-link, and get it TIG welded. | |

| I have bent that stuff, but it takes some tons. Lol. But it won't bend in a link application. The highest stress point will be the threads on the heim from side to side movement. And they can hold almost 18,000 lbs of pressure.
And I am grateful for the bigger budget jobs. Its nice once in a while. But I'd rather do it full time.

Hopefully this town picks up a little this winter and I can make some cash to promote a lil more. But Hear say is always the best any who. Great job on this ,but I still think Frank is mucho better, the simplicity ,the way it you didnt add anything that didnt need to be there is more my style.

| I don't like the whole chain idea. I think they are ugly, noisy, bulky and again ugly. Limit straps just look so much more professional and planned out. | |

| so...the straps just limit the maximum lift the frame can get? Are their any other things they help the system do?
Sorry for the n00bish question, but I've never seen them before.
