white smoke?

ok guys here the deal! iam not stupid i know some crap about building motors and crap! but this is what happend today and i want some input! ok i purchased the new front bumper for my 91 2600i and drove my truck around the block and then pulled in my drive way! parked the truck she ran perfect as usual! i worked on the bumper all day fabin some new brackets and crap and made it look all good and crap! then it happend! i started my truck to move it back out in the street and PUFF white smoke as soon as i started it! was fine earlier! did do anything under the hood! and now she is blow all kinds of white smoke! do yah think i blew a head gasket? are these motors known for that? its a 4cyl 12valve not to fimilar with this motor yet! is it like the 22r? and like to blow head gaskets? i need some help here guys let me know what you all think! thanks in advance CJ

head gasket is what i would say. i dont know much about the motor

yeah thats what iam thinkin! grrrrrrrr this sucks! hahaha oh well atleast i know the top end of my motor will be new! motor only has 119000 on it
