my girls cars headlights are in terrible shape and i know you can buff them back to shine and get all that crap off of them. what is the best way of doing this?

I usually just take some Meguiar's Plastic Polish (White bottle, black label) I think is called PlastiX??

Anyway, throw a dab onto a microfiber cloth and just rub away in a circular motion. Then wipe clean!

Works pretty well for me!

not that bad...
but they were tryin to turn cloudy..
lookin pretty bad actually, but not as bad as yellow dingy..
cleaned them up really well
