| are you rebuilding the stock carb? if so, good luck. those things are touchy. i just bought a redline carb instead (it is similar to a weber). | |

| ya , i know, but i dont have the extra $300 to go buy a new carb. everyone keeps saying redline or weber, but i have a holley reman right now that doesnt run for crap either, so i think ill try and rebuild the nikki | |

| yeah, i am not a big fan of holley. we ran one on my mustang and it sucked! and i've got one on my 83 and i don't like it either. when you go to rebuild it just make sure you clean all the parts up real good and get all the old seals off. also, make sure to go ahead and install a new float and measure it. they have to be right or else you will be flooding it out or not getting enough fuel. the kit should come with the measuring tool for the float and tell you how to do it. hope this helps bro. | |

| i think the rebuilding wouldnt be the hard part but properly putting all the vacuum lines back in the right place. there is a mess of them from stock | |
